👋 Hello! I'm Jubayer, a dedicated Data Enthusiast with a passion for driving Digital Transformation and excellence in Project Management. With a diverse background, I've had the privilege of contributing to a variety of impactful roles in both the nonprofit and academic sectors, as well as the healthcare industry.

🌐 As a Business Intelligence Analyst at BRAC (Dhaka, Bangladesh), the world's #1 NGO, I delved into the roots of data to uplift communities by improving livelihoods. My work involved analysing business-related data to provide training in various skills, ranging from light engineering to TVET training. I took pride in ensuring workplace inclusiveness, and through these efforts, till now over 392,000 individuals received skilled-based training and the program achieved a remarkable 75% placement rate in skilled-based jobs, with a significant 55% representation of women.

💻 My journey also led me to academia, where I served as a Lab Officer at North South University (Dhaka, Bangladesh), imparting knowledge in Digital Logic Design, Computer Organisation & Architecture, C++ and Web Development. Guiding the next generation of tech-savvy minds was an enriching experience.

🔬 Currently, I am a Bioinformatician at the Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf, Germany), focusing on Haematology, Oncology, and Clinical Immunology. My primary responsibility revolves around contributing to the development of Germline Study Pipelines, with a keen eye on fostering innovation in Clinical Data Management and Analysis. I'm working on an Integrated Product Development Strategy to digitize these critical aspects of healthcare.

👨‍🏫 In addition to my professional roles, I also share my knowledge as a tutor for e-Venture courses at the Faculty of Economics (Business Informatics) at TU Dortmund (Dortmund, Germany), mainly specialising in Web Development.
